- No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or be on the casino floor.
- Players are limited to purchasing 200 pulltabs per transaction and up to $50.00 in playbacks.
- All sales are final. No refunds.
- All winning pulltabs must be redeemed on the day of purchase no exceptions.
- Players with unredeemed pulltabs who leave the casino render those void and ineligible for prize payout.
- Restricting the play of a game to one player or a group of players is prohibited.
- The casino is not responsible for the accuracy of the marked winners. Missing winners will not be paid.
- Management reserves the right to limit purchases of pulltabs.
- A valid ID must be available upon request.
- The guest is responsible for taxes, when applicable.
- Freezing of games are prohibited.
- A last sale prize may not be deducted from the buy-out amount. All tickets must be paid for, and then the last ticket may be presented to redeem the last sale prize.
- Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules will be resolved by Mystic Lake management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned.
- A pulltab with a prize payout of $600 or more and at least 300 times the original wager requires a valid photo identification and a Social Security number to redeem.
- A pulltab that pays $5,000 or more requires tax withholding, a valid photo identification and a Social Security number to redeem.
